Pumpkin Ribs Braised Rice

1. Peel the pumpkin, cut into pieces, wash the sausage and cut into small pieces;

2. Wash the ribs and chop into small sections, marinate with salt, oil, cornstarch and light soy sauce for 30 minutes;

3. Wash the rice;
