Braised Pork Ribs with Sauerkraut

Spare ribs cut into pieces. Cut pork belly into large slices and set aside

Raise the pan. Stir fry with sauerkraut

Take a pot of hot water. Add the ribs and pork belly slices. Add green onion ginger and cooking wine. Skim the scum after boiling

Pour in the fried sauerkraut. Turn down the fire. Simmer for 1 hour

Season with salt and white pepper before boiling. Can
