Braised Pork Rice-simple and Easy to Make!

The raw materials are ready, the Brazilian mushrooms are soaked in advance, and the vegetables are washed.

Cut the braised pork into small finger-sized pieces, dice the Brazilian mushrooms, and slice the shallots.

Stir-fry the stewed pork into the pan to get the oil out.

Pull the stewed pork aside, put the shallots on it and fry it to golden brown.

Add Brazilian mushrooms and stir-fry slightly.

Add appropriate amount of boiling water and simmer for 5 minutes, because the braised pork is salty, add salt to taste as appropriate.
7.
Boil some green vegetables and serve on a plate.
Tips:
Because it is marinated meat, I have to try it later when seasoning. I only added a little soy sauce.
