Nowadays I rarely make this kind of hard dishes, I really can't eat it.
But the Mid-Autumn Festival can't make a table of greens, so there is a elbow in the refrigerator, so take it out and stew it.
I just received Xinhe's soy sauce. This soy sauce is usually eaten at home. It tastes good. It is really brewed soy sauce. The braised soy sauce is super good for braising meat.

Braised Pork Shoulder

1. Wash the elbows and prepare the stew

2. Put the elbow into the saucepan, put the ginger slices, green onion, spices, etc

3. Add about 40ml Xinhe braised soy sauce, add a little salt as appropriate, add rock sugar, and add a little vinegar. Don’t worry about the sour taste. The sour taste will evaporate during the stewing process. This is just my habit. If you don’t like vinegar, you can leave it alone.

4. Choose the stew program, the whole process is 2 hours

Tips:

Pressure cooker, casserole, stew pot are all available.
Xinhe brand braised soy sauce is the key, the finished sauce is rich in flavor, fat but not greasy.
