Braised Pork Skin

Ingredients: pork skin

Put clean water in the pot, add green onion, ginger and tangerine peel, soak for 30 minutes.

Fire. Bring it to a boil, cook for 1 minute to turn off the heat

Remove the skin and remove the remaining hair and fat

After rinsing repeatedly with clean water, set aside

Heat oil in a pan, fry chives and ginger

Put in spare skins and season with some light soy sauce

Add some old soy toning

Add the aniseed and stir fry evenly

Add the right amount of water

After boiling, cook for about 40 minutes on a low fire, stir during firing, and season with salt in the middle

Cook until the skin is cooked through and soft, then turn off the heat

Put it out of the pot and serve it on the table after changing the knife
Tips:
1. In order to take pictures, I didn't cut it, cut it and served it on the table, which is more convenient to eat.
2. It can be eaten directly, or it can be cooked twice by adding other ingredients.
