Braised Pork Tongue with Soy Sauce

After washing the pork tongue, put it in boiling water and scorch it thoroughly. Remove the white film on the surface after removing it.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add dark soy sauce, sugar, star anise, cinnamon, cooking wine and ginger slices, and put in the pork tongue (the water is almost immersed).

After the high heat is boiled, change the heat to a low heat and slowly cook until the juice is dried.
