Braised Pork Trotters
1.
All ingredients
2.
Wash the pig's trotter, put it in a pot with enough cold water, add the pepper and half of the rice wine, and heat it over high heat
3.
Skim the scum, and drain the water after the trotters are completely discolored
4.
Put a little oil in the pot, add rock sugar and heat on low heat until the rock sugar melts. Put in the trotters to make it evenly coated with sugar
5.
Then add scallions, ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Knorr pork bone soup, the remaining rice wine and water without ingredients
6.
Heat on high heat until the soup boils. After the soup treasure melts, the soup will become thick and mellow
7.
Turn to low heat and simmer for about 2 hours. During this time, turn over until the soup thickens.
Tips:
1. Boiling sugar juice requires patience and care. The sugar will slowly dissolve (in order to speed up the dissolution, the rock sugar can be broken up in advance) and turn into brown sugar juice. After uniform small bubbles come out, you must quickly put it into the trotters. Otherwise, the heat will be over, causing a simmering pot.
2. When braising pig's feet in brown sauce, add Knorr Soup Bao after the water is boiled. After the juice is collected, the thick sauce is fully wrapped on the ingredients to make the pig's feet look more attractive in color, thick and texture.
