Braised Pork Trotters

Ingredients: trotters / spring onion / ginger slice / garlic clove / dried chili / cinnamon / bay leaf / yellow rock sugar / star anise / pepper / fennel

Put the trotters in cold water in the pressure cooker, add scallions, sliced ginger, garlic cloves, dried chili, cinnamon, bay leaves, fennel, pepper, yellow rock sugar, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and 1 oyster sauce Spoon, a tablespoon of white wine, add boiling water to soak the trotters, adjust the pressure of the trotters for 30-40 minutes.
