Braised Pork Trotters with Bamboo Shoots
1.
Prepare the materials.
2.
Soak the dried bamboo shoots overnight.
3.
The trotters are blanched in a pot to filter out the foam.
4.
Heat oil in the pot, add the pig's feet and stir fry until the pig's feet are slightly yellow.
5.
Add ginger, garlic and star anise, and continue to stir fry. Pour yellow wine, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce into the pot, stir-fry on high heat and turn to medium heat. Cover the pot and simmer for two minutes until the pig's feet are completely colored.
6.
Add water to the pot, there is no (mo) meat.
7.
Cook on high heat until the water boils, turn to medium heat and simmer for half an hour. To control the degree, don't let the soup simmer. When there is a little soup in the pot, turn on the high heat to quickly stir and collect the juice.
8.
The extreme heat can hardly stop me from eating meat. Braised pig's trotters with dried bamboo shoots, dried bamboo shoots absorb the greasy of the pig's trotters, and paired with cold beer, it is beautiful! Wonderful!
Tips:
1. If you want the taste to be tougher, simmer for half an hour, and it will be more chewy.
2. If you want to simmer, you can simmer the trotters in a pressure cooker in advance.
