Braised Pork with Braised Braised Braised Pork

Cut roast bran into cubes.

Let it boil in a pot of water for 5 minutes, then squeeze it in clean water, wash three times to remove the beany smell.

Shiitake mushrooms and carrots cut into pieces.

Cut the pork belly into pieces.

Boil oil in a pot, then add sugar and boil it over low heat.

When the sugar has melted, and when the bubbles are small to large, add the pork belly and stir fry for color.

Then add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sliced ginger and stir fry for a few times.

Add appropriate amount of water to a boil, then simmer the meat for 10 minutes on medium heat.

Put the bran together and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Simmer the carrots and shiitake mushrooms, add some salt, and add the chicken essence.
