Braised Pork with Horseshoe

Prepare materials

Peel the horseshoe and cut into pieces

Stir-fry pork belly with a little oil in a hot pan

Stir-fry the oil and pork belly a little bit brown, add ginger, garlic, star anise, pepper, and bay leaves, stir-fry together for a while, fry out the aroma

Add the right amount of braised soy sauce and stir fry evenly

Add the right amount of water and horseshoe

Stew with lid

Tips:
1. If the pork belly is fat, you don't need to add oil, just stir-fry the oil and add the spices
2. I use braised soy sauce, so I don’t use soy sauce. I don’t use rock sugar or any sugar. You can add a little Huadiao wine before braising soy sauce to make it more fragrant.
