Dried plums and pork belly are the perfect combination. The method is also very simple. If you like it, you can quickly make it!

Braised Pork with Mei Cai

1. Soak the dried vegetables in water for more than 2 hours

2. Cut pork belly

3. Chop garlic and chili, cut the white onion into sections

4. Hot pot with cold oil, garlic, green onion, and chili are slightly scented

5. Add the pork belly and stir fry until it is a bit golden

6. Wash the plums and put them in the pot, add some water, almost the plums are over

7. After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chicken essence, and finally add chopped green onion to harvest the juice

Tips:

It shouldn’t take too long to stir-fry the pork belly. If it’s too dry, there will be no flavor of the pork belly.
When stewing the meat, if the soup is dry, add some water in the middle
