Braised Pork with Potatoes

Prepare ginger, star anise and spare

Wash the potatoes and cut into small pieces for later use. After the baby is cut, rinse with water. Because potatoes have starchy ingredients, they tend to stick to the pot during cooking.

Remove the hair and wash the pork belly. Cut into small pieces with flying water for use (boiled with water)

After the wok is hot, add a small amount of oil, pour in the pork belly and stir-fry until it is slightly golden, then set aside

Filter out the extra oil that was just stir-fried, put ginger and star anise in a hot pan, pour in pork belly, and stir-fry the potatoes for two minutes

Add the braised sauce, no need to add salt

Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, during which time you have to stir fry, otherwise it will stick to the pan, you can start the pan when you see that the juice is almost harvested
