Braised Pork with Secret Sauce

Ingredients: pork belly, Lee Kum Kee braised sauce, Hua Diao wine, green onion ginger, bay leaves, star anise, rock sugar.

Blanch the cut pork belly.

Put the wok on the fire, add the pork belly and stir until the pork belly changes color.

The pork belly changes color, add two or three pieces of rock sugar and stir-fry on low heat to melt the rock sugar. (I like the sweet and salty taste, I put two more pieces)

Add scallions, a few slices of ginger, 1 star anise, and a few pieces of bay leaves, and stir-fry for a fragrance.

Add hot water to the pork belly.

Add Huadiao wine and braised sauce, bring to a boil over high heat, change to medium and low heat and simmer for 1 hour

When there is one third of the soup left, remove the seasoning and use up the soup.
9.
Gluttonous braised pork.
