Braised Pork with Winter Bamboo Shoots

Wash the pork belly and cut into pieces.

Pork belly under cold water, add green onions, ginger slices, cooking wine, boil for two minutes, remove and wash.

Wash the winter bamboo shoots slices and set aside.

Raise the pot and heat oil, add two tablespoons of white sugar and stir-fry for the color of sugar.

Pour in the blanched pork belly, stir fry quickly, and coat with sugar.

Pour in boiling water, add green onions, ginger slices, cooking wine, dried chili, star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce.

Bring to a boil and pour it into a casserole. If the water is not enough, add enough water.

After simmering for 20 minutes, add winter bamboo shoots, season with salt, cover and continue simmering for about 25 minutes (if the chopsticks can pierce the pork belly).

Put the pot on the plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
