For the rest, my mother-in-law packed four balls for me. These four balls are about the size of a small bowl. My husband and I can only eat half of them at a time.

Braised Potato Meatballs

1. Prepare to peel small potatoes. Half a Sixi meatball.

2. Cut the small potatoes into hob pieces.

3. Cut the Sixi meatballs into pieces about the size of potatoes.

4. Saute ginger, green onion, dried red pepper and garlic with oil.

5. Add the potato wedges and stir fry.

6. Stir fry until the potatoes are oily and colored.

7. Add the meatballs and stir fry.

8. Add the right amount of water and a little salt.

9. Add the braised soy sauce.

10. After the high heat is boiled, turn to medium heat, and slowly collect the juice until the soup is finished.

11. Sprinkle a little coriander to taste.

Tips:

Because there is also a certain amount of salt in Sixi meatballs, as well as in braised soy sauce, you should put less at the beginning, and finally adjust the flavor appropriately during the process of collecting the juice.
