Braised Potatoes in Sauce

1. Small potatoes don’t need to be peeled, use a brush to clean them

2. Cut green onions, aniseed, bay leaves

3. Put the cold oil into the aniseed sauce and slowly stir fragrant

4. Add chopped green onion and bay leaves and sauté until fragrant

5. Add potatoes and stir fry

6. Fry the skin of the potatoes and wrinkle on the fire

7. Add appropriate amount of pepper powder and stir well

8. Add two spoons of Northeast miso and stir well

9. Pour in the right amount of soy sauce

10. Stir a small spoonful of soy sauce

11. Appropriate amount of sugar and stir well

12. Pour in an appropriate amount of water, and it's ok to have the potatoes

13. Cover and cook until potatoes are cooked

14. When the soup is ready to dry, use a shovel to stir continuously

15. Stir-fry until the soup is dry (only oil is left at this time)

Tips:

1. There is no need to remove the potato skins



2. When frying the potatoes, you can cover and simmer for a while, be careful not to scald the oil



3. Soy sauce is very salty, no need to add salt



4. If there are no small potatoes, you can cut the big potatoes into small pieces instead
