Braised Potatoes with Pork Ribs

Cut the ribs and wash them, bring to a boil, add ginger slices and cooking wine. Water the ribs, remove the blood, remove the fishy, and drain the water for later use

Heat oil in the pot, add sugar, fry and fuse. Add ribs and fry until golden brown

Add soy sauce, star anise and other ingredients and stir fry again

Add boiling water, finish the ribs, add a small amount of salt, simmer on high heat, simmer without a lid, and simmer for 10 minutes

When the water in the pot is half-boiled, spread the potatoes on the ribs. Cover the pot and simmer over medium heat

When the potatoes become soft and begin to mature, turn the heat to low, add the cut rolling blades, and simmer the red peppers over low heat for 3 minutes.

The juice does not need to be too dry, and the fruit pepper can be eaten raw, so it does not need to be too soft. Out of the pot, sprinkle with chopped green onions, peppercorns, and match colors. It has become a delicious food.
