Braised Quail Eggs with Winter Melon and Mushrooms

1. Boil the quail eggs and peel them for later use.

2. Slice the winter melon, slice the shiitake mushrooms, and cut the onion and garlic.

3. Heat oil in a pot, add shallots and garlic until fragrant, add winter melon and mushrooms and stir fry.

4. After half a minute, add a spoonful of soybean paste, a small bowl of water, and stew.
