Braised Rape with Double Mushroom

Prepare materials.

Wash the rapeseed, add water and a little salt to the pot to blanch the cooked rapeseed.

The blanched and cooked rapeseed is neatly stacked on the plate

Mince garlic.

Add oil to the pan and sauté the minced garlic over low heat.

Add cleaned crab-flavored mushrooms and scallop mushrooms.

Tips:
1. Add a little salt when blanching rapeseed, the color of rapeseed will be better.
2. Shiitake or Tricholoma can also be used.
