Braised Red-billed Goose with Mushrooms

Main ingredients: red-billed goose, dried shiitake mushrooms. Accessories: rapeseed oil, salt, peppercorns, spicy skin, beer, ginger, sugar, star anise, green onions

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in hot water for more than 2 hours to wash
