Braised Ribs

After the ribs are washed, blanch the scum.

Put it into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker, add water, braised sauce, green onion, ginger, star anise.
3.
Select the ribs key to cook and exhaust.

After cooking, pour it into a wok, add salt and cook for a while to collect the juice.

Serve on a plate after cooking.
Tips:
Soy sauce is fine if there is no braised sauce.
