Braised Ribs

Cook the ribs with ginger aniseed for a while and scoop them up for later use

Put the oil, put the chicken stock, put the ribs and garlic and stir-fry until golden, put the water and cook for 25 minutes

After 25 minutes, add potatoes and chili coriander and cook until the potatoes are soft
