Braised Ribs

Cut the ribs into small pieces.

Ribs Nao Shui.

Heat the oil in the pot, add pepper and star anise to fry, then add green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Pour the ribs and stir fry, then add the dark soy sauce and cooking wine and continue to stir fry evenly.
5.
Heat water in a pot until the water has covered the ribs, then add 2 slices of Angelica dahurica.
6.
Cover the pot with a lid, turn to a low heat and let it boil for an hour and a half.
7.
Open the lid to collect the juice.
8.
Out of the pot.
