Braised Ribs

Material: 800g pork ribs.

Seasoning ingredients: 60 ml of Lee Kum Kee's secret braised sauce, 25 ml of edible oil, 5 ml of sesame oil, cooking wine, pepper, star anise, bay leaf and other spices, ginger, green onion, green and red pepper slices.

Soak the ribs in clean water for 1 hour to remove blood.

Put it into a boiling pot, add water that hasn’t passed the ribs, boil enough water, and then add water, cooking wine, green onions, ginger pepper, star anise and other spices in the pot and cook for 40 minutes.

Separate slices of green onions, ginger, and green and red peppers.

Heat a pot and add cooking oil.

Add green onions and sliced ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Add the ribs and stir fry evenly.

Add about 500 ml of soup to boil the ribs.

Stir-fry evenly with the secret braised sauce.

Add a lid to a boil and turn to medium heat to collect the juice.

Pour out the ribs and leave the sauce on the bottom of the pot, add sliced green onion, ginger, and green and red pepper and stir fry evenly.

Add sesame oil.
14.
Pour the prepared soup over the ribs just out of the pot.
