Braised Rice with Pork Ribs

Soak the wax ribs in water for an hour. Bring to a boil on high fire.

Remove the ribs.

The rice is rinsed and added with appropriate water. Just a little more water than usual for cooking rice

Add an appropriate amount of dried kelp.
5.
Put in the ribs.
6.
Press the pressure cooker cooking button.
7.
Just sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Tips:
The cured pork ribs I bought were quite salty, so I soaked them in water for a while. Even if there is no salt, the taste is not weak. If it feels light, you can add an appropriate amount of soy sauce, the taste will be better.
