Braised Rice with Taro and Sausage

Prepare the required ingredients in advance, wash off the surface dust of the germ rice, and soak them in water for more than 1 hour. At the same time, clean the mushrooms, pour in the water to soak, and then clean the other ingredients. Bring the individual ingredients (taro) once. Peel off the skin of the sex gloves and cut into small pieces, and chop carrots, onions, sausages, and shiitake mushrooms separately for use;

To prepare for cooking, pour a proper amount of cooking oil into the pot, pour in the diced sausages when the oil is hot, stir-fry on a medium-to-small heat to get the fat;

Pour in the diced shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until the aroma is achieved;

Immediately afterwards, pour in diced radish, chopped onion and taro cubes, and stir-fry until they are broken to stimulate the taste of the ingredients;

Then add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.

Pour in the soaked germ rice and stir evenly;

Finally, pour the fried ingredients into the inner pot of the rice cooker, and then pour the water soaked in mushrooms to start the cooking process;

After cooking, continue to cover the pot and simmer for 5-10 minutes with the heat preservation function, sprinkle with chopped green onion;
