Braised River Crucian with Sauce

1. Ingredients: River crucian carp (washed).

2. Bean paste, ginger slices, chives.

3. Put the washed river crucian carp on the chopping board and use a knife to make a few cuts.

4. Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the ginger slices to the pot, fry the river crucian until both sides are browned, add some cooking wine and water to a boil.

5. Then, add some soy sauce, bean paste, and sugar to taste and continue cooking.

6. When the soup is thick, add some chicken bouillon and sprinkle some chopped green onions after it is out of the pot. It's OK.
