Braised River Fish with Sour Bamboo Shoots and Soy Beans

Prepare the ingredients in the picture (the soybeans are fried, the fish is fried by mother, because I can't fry fish 🐠, haha 😄)

Put the pan in hot oil, add the ginger garlic chili, fry the aroma, then add the sour bamboo shoots and soybeans, and pour some soy sauce to taste!

Stir-fry for two minutes, add the fish, add the water over the noodles, and simmer for about 10 minutes!
