Braised Salmon

Warm the salmon, wash it, and drain the water. Cut into large pieces.

Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic.

Add 3 tablespoons of seafood soy sauce to the prepared green onion, ginger, garlic, and at the same time add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Heat the pan, add 3 tablespoons of oil, and fry the fish pieces slightly.

Pour in the prepared seasoning and fry for another minute.

Add water, the water and the fish can be leveled. Cover and simmer.
7.
Add a few pieces of rock sugar after cooking for 5 minutes.
8.
Finally, add some chopped green onions and boil them dry.
Tips:
Don't have too much soup, simmer slowly, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
I use a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, which is operated like a normal wok.
