Braised Sand Pointed Fish

Fry the sand tipped fish in hot oil

Prepare shredded ginger and spring onions

Ready Sand Point Fish

Fry until golden on both sides, add some water and ginger

Then add a little salt

A spoonful of soy sauce simmered

Finally, add green onion and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
1. Don't stir when frying the fish, just simmer it for a good taste
