Braised Sauerkraut with Pork Ribs

1. Wash ribs

2. Wash pork belly

3. Sauerkraut 300g

4. All seasonings are ready

5. Boil the meat in a pan under cold water

6. Wash

7. Pork ribs and pork belly boil for 7 minutes, then sauerkraut stew

8. Let the pork belly cool

9. Sliced pork belly

10. Put it in a casserole and simmer for 30 minutes

11. Steaming pork ribs and sauerkraut are ready to eat

Tips:

Put some soybeans when cooking the meat, it’s so delicious
