Braised Saury

Cut the chili and green onion into small pieces, the ginger into the mince, and the saury into small pieces.

Add a proper amount of cooking oil to the pot, and stir-fry the ginger, spring onion and chili in the pot until fragrant.
3.
Put the saury in the pot, stir fry, add water and salt to simmer until the juice is collected.
