Braised Shiitake Root

Wash the shiitake mushroom roots and dry, tear into shreds, slice ginger
2.
Put vegetable oil in the pot, put ginger slices and sauté
3.
Add shredded shiitake mushroom roots and stir fry
4.
Add the braised sauce and water and stir well
5.
Turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes
6.
Heat up the juice until shredded shiitake mushrooms are slightly dry
