At this time of the year, I buy a lot of shiitake mushrooms and dry them. The roots of shiitake mushrooms cannot be dried. I cut the roots every time. Too much can’t be eaten and the refrigerator can’t be stored for too long. So I make shiitake mushroom paste or fried sauce. If you want more, just divide it into small bags and freeze it when you eat it under the refrigerator, just thaw it!

Shiitake Mushroom Sauce

1. Wash dishes and meat

2. Sweet noodle sauce is ready

5. Shiitake mushrooms and fungus chopped

6. Pour oil onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry

7. Stir the meat first to turn white
