Braised Short Ribs

Boil the steak ribs in water for 10 minutes, then pour out the blood and rinse

Heat the pot and add oil, put ginger, pour the steak ribs, put wine, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and various spices and stir fry

Pour the fried short ribs into the pressure cooker, add the horizontal short ribs, adjust the heat to medium and low pressure for 20 minutes

Put the pressed steak ribs in the pot, pour some stew from the pressure cooker, add parsley, pesto, and season

Personal preference, I added some carrots, onions, and green peppers
