Homemade Steak

Soak the blood after the steak ribs are cleaned

Put a spoonful of sugar in the pot with less oil and add half a bowl of water

Stir-fry until caramel color

Immediately flush into the boiling water pot

Just continue to cook, simmer for more than half an hour will be more delicious.
Tips:
Beef must have more bubbles, soaking in bleeding water can remove the smell. When simmering, it should be simmered slowly on a low fire, it usually takes 2 hours to soften.
