The steak ribs are better than those cooked in the restaurant. Except for the more expensive ribs, the rest is delicious!

Homemade Steak

1. Soak the blood after the steak ribs are cleaned

2. Put a spoonful of sugar in the pot with less oil and add half a bowl of water

3. Stir-fry until caramel color

4. Immediately flush into the boiling water pot

5. Boiled sugar for use

6. Put the steak ribs into the cold water pot and add the cooking wine

7. Skim the blood after boiling

8. Cook for 5 minutes and remove

9. Rinse off

10. Put the steak ribs in a saucepan and pour in the boiled sugar

11. Add the water over the ribs

12. Add seasonings such as star anise and pepper

13. Add a spoonful of light soy sauce

14. Half a spoon of soy sauce

15. 1/2 spoon of oyster sauce

16. Add ginger slices and green onion, cover and simmer for more than 1 and a half hours

17. Add some salt to taste

18. Just continue to cook, simmer for more than half an hour will be more delicious.

Tips:

Beef must have more bubbles, soaking in bleeding water can remove the smell. When simmering, it should be simmered slowly on a low fire, it usually takes 2 hours to soften.
