Braised Shrimp and Squash

Peel the zucchini and cut into pieces.

Heat the oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry to get a good flavor.

Add the soaked dried shrimps and stir-fry for a while before serving.

Continue to use the original oil pan to pour the zucchini and stir-fry evenly.

Pour half a bowl of water and cover the pot and simmer.

About ten minutes, when the juice is almost dry, put less salt and sugar and then add dried shrimps.
