Braised Shrimp with Black Fish

Wash the black fish, cut into sections and drain

Wash the shrimps and drain. It can be trimmed.

Put the oil in the pot to boil, put a little salt, add the ginger and boil it fragrant, pick up the pot and shake it to make the oil range larger.
Add the fish cubes and fry until golden on both sides. Don't turn over in a hurry during frying, use a spatula to gently push and then turn over.

Add a little salt, stir fry with cooking wine

Pour the fish into the pot, add the cooking wine, some salt (note that some salt was put in the oil pot before), and dark soy sauce. You can put some chili when you can eat spicy food.

Tips:
The shrimp must be cooked in oil, and the soup should be put into the pot before the soup is dry.
