Shrimp with black fish is a special dish in Dayangzhong, and it tastes absolutely fresh.

Braised Shrimp with Black Fish

1. Wash the black fish, cut into sections and drain

2. Wash the shrimps and drain. It can be trimmed.

3. Put the oil in the pot to boil, put a little salt, add the ginger and boil it fragrant, pick up the pot and shake it to make the oil range larger.
Add the fish cubes and fry until golden on both sides. Don't turn over in a hurry during frying, use a spatula to gently push and then turn over.
