Braised Small Yellow Croaker

Head of yellow croaker, wash off internal organs and drain water

Pour 2 spoons of cooking wine on the yard, a little bit of ginger, appropriate amount of salt (not too much, the bean paste will be useful later), grab well and marinate for about 10-20 minutes

Heat the oil in the pan (more oil) and fry the yellow croaker twice in a frying pan until it becomes golden on both sides.

Fry it in this way and put it on the plate, so that the oil-absorbent paper can absorb the excess oil

Pour a small amount of oil into the pot and stir-fry together 1 tablespoon of soy bean paste, minced garlic, millet pepper, and ginger to create a fragrance. Add a small amount of water

Pour in yellow croaker, cover and cook for a few minutes

Pour into the green chili (the chili peppers are not good to see if you put them early) or you can add 1 spoon of soy sauce and 2 spoons of light soy sauce together in the front, then turn on high heat to harvest

This dish is super delicious. There is no need to put salt in the middle of the meal. Those who like coriander can put some coriander at the end.
