Braised Small Yellow Croaker

Remove the scales, viscera, and gills of the small yellow croaker, and rinse it with cooking wine and salt for ten minutes.

Chop the Pixian bean paste and cut the chives into long pieces.

Heat up the frying pan, rinse the marinated yellow croaker with water (use kitchen paper if possible to absorb the moisture), and fry it in the frying pan.

Turn over halfway, fry both sides until browned and serve.

Add the bean paste and stir fry for a while, then add half a bowl of water, put the small yellow croaker in it and cook.
