Braised Small Yellow Croaker in Soy Sauce

Wash the yellow croaker, make a few cuts on the surface after handling the internal organs, shred the ginger, and cut the green onion into sections

Heat oil in a pan, add yellow croaker, fry until golden on both sides and serve

Leave a little oil in the pot, saute the shallots and ginger, add the bean paste, light soy sauce and cooking wine

Add 200ml of water, bring to a boil, add yellow croaker, add sugar and cooking wine, after the high heat boils, simmer for about 10-15 minutes

Finally, heat up the juice until it is thick, serve it, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
