Braised Soybeans in Sauce-korean Side Dish

Soak soy in advance

Put the soybeans in the pot, add water, and it’s ok

Prepare star anise, bay leaves, peppercorns, cumin, and Angelica dahurica

Put the star anise, bay leaf, peppercorns, cumin, and Angelica dahurica in the pot, add some salt

Add soy sauce (color)

Bring to a boil with lid, turn to medium heat and simmer

Until the soup is dry

Stir continuously with a shovel

Stir-fry until there is no moisture at all, then the color of the soy beans will become darker (my pan bottom is all fried)

Get out of the pot and serve on the plate, let's eat!
Tips:
After the soup is dry, you have to stir-fry without stopping.
