Braised Tender Tofu with Brown Mushrooms and Chicken Breast

Tofu diced

Wash the brown mushrooms and cut into large pieces

Wash the chicken breast, cut into pieces, use a little cornstarch and light soy sauce, marinate for 15 minutes

Garlic, chopped

Pour some oil into the pot and sauté the garlic

Pour in the chicken breasts and fry until the outside is discolored

Add tofu

And brown mushrooms, stir fry

Sprinkle in salt

Sprinkle in black pepper

Add a little light soy sauce and stir fry

Pour in a little water, simmer on medium heat for 8 minutes

Use a little cornstarch water to thicken

Stir evenly to get out of the pot
Tips:
If brown mushrooms are not available, fresh shiitake mushrooms can be used instead. When tofu and mushrooms are cooked, water will come out. Do not add too much water when simmering.
