Tofu contains a lot of plant protein and should be eaten more. Today I will eat tofu in a different way. It tastes really good!

Ingredients

Braised Tofu

1. Tofu cut into large slices

2. Dip it with flour first

3. Dip it with egg liquid

4. Fried golden brown in a frying pan

5. Fried tofu slices

6. Cut pork into slices, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, tomato sauce, salt, mix the sauce according to the ratio of 1:2:2:5:3
