Braised Tofu

Pour clean water into the pot and bring to a boil, add a small amount of salt to blanch the water, so that the tofu will not be easy to rot when it is stir-fried (I also put a little light on white) The tofu is blanched and ready for use

Chop the green onion, ginger, garlic, chili and set aside

Pour oil in the pot and fry the green onion, ginger, garlic and chili, then add the star anise pepper and stir fry! Let go of the light soy sauce to consume more fuel!

Add tofu and stir fry carefully

Then add the dark soy sauce, stir-fry, add some water and boil to dry to collect the juice.
Tips:
You can sprinkle some green onion, garlic, coriander, and garnish after it is out of the pot. The taste is not very bad.
