The tofu is cut into triangles, the hob cuts the chili, and the meat is sliced

Put the previously fried chili and meat into the wok and stir fry with the tofu, add white pepper and oyster sauce to the pan
Tips:
The secret soy sauce is prepared by me at home. It is made with June fresh soy sauce, garlic cloves, large pieces of ginger, and green millet pepper. It can also be used with other soy sauces. Both soy sauce and oyster sauce have a salty taste. If the taste is important, you can add some salt according to your personal taste.
