Braised Tofu

Cut the tofu into cubes, drain and set aside. Ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, and broth are made into sauce according to personal taste.

Add oil to the pan. (It's not easy to use the oil in our own pot.) The method of frying is used.

Put the drained tofu into the frying pan. (Ps: Don't turn tofu often, it is easy to break the tofu)

Fry until golden on both sides and remove.

Leave the oil on the bottom of the pot, add the garlic and sauté fragrant, stir the fried tofu in the pan for a few times, then pour the pre-adjusted braised sauce and stir fry. (If there is more sauce, remember to heat up the sauce) Arrange the tofu on the plate, sprinkle some chopped green onions, and you're done!
