Braised Tofu with Bamboo Shoots

Ingredients: bamboo shoot tip

Old tofu

Ingredients: chopped pepper, green onion

Put the bamboo shoot tip on the cutting board and cut open, set aside.

Put the old tofu on the chopping board and cut it.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the cut old tofu and fry on both sides, remove.
