Braised Tofu with Big Head Fish

Remove the scales and internal organs of the big head fish.

Chop the fish into pieces.
3.
Cut the tofu into pieces and set aside.
4.
Heat oil in the pan and add the fish pieces.
5.
Stir fry until the fish pieces are broken.
6.
Add the green onion and ginger and stir fry for a fragrance.
7.
Add vinegar, soy sauce, and stir fry until fragrant.
8.
Add the remaining seasoning and tofu and stir well.
9.
Turn the lid off the high heat and turn to medium heat for 10 minutes and turn off the heat.

Tips:
Don't add MSG.
Add some white wine to get rid of fishy and fresh.
